Guys - extrapolating the underlying EBIT for the first half and factoring in the stronger second half already locked in , and therefore assuming next half divi will be circa 12.5 -13c FF we are still trading at PE of 10 and FF Divi yield of 10. I would expect a PE of 13-14 at least and a divi of 7% which is still 10% grossed up , to be reached this year . This is why I see around 3 -3.20 by year end.
