There is a rumour around that NAB has sold its SGB stake to SUN because NAB is just about to bid for Abbey in the UK. Probably bearish for NAB because they will do a raising. Bearish for SGB because the most likely predator is gone and bearish for SUN because they have over-paid for SGB.
At least if its true it explains the recent movements in those stocks.
