Thanks Raider, it seems that Sun Cable would be a little bit longer and plans to transmit double the power of that Morocco-UK project. I couldn't find any conductor x-sections or operational voltage for either proposal but Sun Cable is planning 6 connectors (I assume 3 of each pole) compared to 2 Bipolar cables for the M-UK one so it seems that the hardware would be much the same resulting in similar losses.
That would result in overall project efficiencies similar to pumped hydro and streets ahead of green hydrogen however Sun Cable would have higher capital costs than green hydrogen.
