My time frame is just under four years, some have timeframes going back 12 years or so.
When the market knows that the mine and refinery have cleared all of the hurdles, (regulatory and financial), the holdings of long termers will be swamped by new investors, (including institutions).
They will be oblivious to all of the missed timelines that early investors have had to endure.
Their timeline will begin from the time they buy.
