WELCOME BACK Camden55!! great insightful stuff as usual. Lots of salient points incl the reminder that the quickfire 200Bn raised during GFC (phase 1) undoubtedly saved the banks being roasted. Fortunately sold my WBC (ex-div) several days ago and no hold zero bank shares. Feel that situation overseas threatens entire stkmkt... not just financial sector.
PS. Camden, for the ultimate boring stk look at ASL. They dril&blast, drill&blast 360 days of the year on longish (3-5yr) contracts. AGM on thursday and if you have time would appreciate yr analysis after reading CEO's address/forecast.
