In the $0.15 to$0.16 area the stock has been tackling some resistance and may pause ahead of breaking higher towards $0.20 then $0.25, where another pause may be necessary before extending into the $0.55 to $0.70 zone.

Interesting how the Icon share price jumped 25% on Thursday.
