(not trying to step on ur toes)... I suspect u got SRN's and not HIN's as the applicant provided the HIN number if using the Automic application page (HIN was not/is not allocated by Automic)
if u have an Automic account u can enter an existing HIN directly on the application page and that is where the shares will go on issue. Not sure what you r allowed to do if u do not have an existing Automic account.
SRN means ur shares will be inside Automic and then require transfer paperwork if you r wanting to send them to a broker (either a Chess broker or a Beneficial - PID type - broker).
