Thanks GK, you are probably right with SUN but it depends on market. May be time for me to close all SUN shorts but waiting till 20 Aug. Their divvy may be more than 50 cents this time.?
Even with their prospective earnings (basically doubling) the P/E sits at 18 on forward guidance in 2016.
Seems very overvalued. Your friend is brave having big holding in SUN AND being retired (too risky in my opinion if you don't have income). I see COMSEC has 1 buy and 2 holds on their website.
My reading of the balance sheets seems to indicate they are very leveraged to share markets with investments and if markets crash this could be a $4 share like 2009?
