I do understand their investment strategy, what I was trying to say is effectively if the market falls sun amplifies the falls due to gearing and incurs a bigger loss on investments.
The forward P/E does no take into account hurricanes natural disasters which are more frequent.
As I understand SUN is not however a large reinsurer.
