What u really have to ask is how cheap is PCL as a takeover target given its LARGE exposure to L10 A and L10B with all them LARGE identified targets now likely to be UPWARD RATED as serious OIL PLAYS .... this is the first OIL DISCOVERY offshore Kenya and yet SO CLOSE to Mombassa lest we forget.
Happy I reloaded at the lows and happy to hold for the billion buck takeover whenever.
