You would assume some broker must have done the selling for them but just to make this a little more cloudy we don't know when that 10mil got sold in the last 5 months we've had a couple of good volume runs in that time that they could have sold into?
But given the rest of the registry no-one else really holds enough to keep selling in any kind of volume as we've seen in the last however long its been - 5-6-7 weeks with those 200k/100k and 50k blocks?

Mind you they are on at hold atm maybe those INSIDERS know something
