Have to say Ultra has some very concerning and valid points which should be of significant concern.
I agree the most troubling part is the issues of shares to "Seed investors" at 1.5 cents. Never ever have I heard of "seed investors" getting so many shares and at such a massive discount just prior to the IPO. The fact they got these shares just prior to the IPO is not only unheard of but also makes me question why bother floating on the ASX in the first place if they could get the money privately considering there was no appetite to participate in the float from Australian investors.

I think people are now stating to wake up to the reasons why.

Their ferocious and aggressive selling at any price by these "seed investors" to me was another big red flag. Would love to know where those sale proceeds have gone to
