That is the ridiculous part. The stores dont belong to them, and once fitted out, who owns the fitout? So it is not PPE since they dont own it. It is not goodwill since they dont own the store business. Where else are they going to put it in? Ahhhh, IP....
Frankly, this is hogwosh.
And I am being generous in making an assumption there is actually cash available to spend on fitouts.
