I agree with the location theory, as Westfileds have high trafic which makes or breaks and ATM, As you said, knowing westfield though you might have to give them a percentage to get the position? does anyone know if this might be the case.? this might also be the case with woolworths/coles and even petrol stations and other shopping centres AMP, Stockland etc.
CUS positions are all over the place, some great some good and some bad they even admit that they have a few problem locations that they are working on.
