Big clubs will just move the machines to another area of the club even build a little ATM kiosk to house ATMs like the casino (star city) that has a little area where about 5 or 6 machines from the different banks are.
Small clubs and pubs will have an issue, but I'm sure there will be a way around it that keeps most people happy.
Your right though if your a dedicated gambler you just have multiple cards and or just go to the machines on your way there.once people get used to the convenience it is very hard to take it away from them.
