I have 2 IPs in two different unit complexes...both insured with...

I have 2 IPs in two different unit complexes...both insured with SUN....both currently making claims....on both claims SUN is refusing to pay...we've had two independent engineers on each complex (so 4 total) prove that the issues that we're claiming for have been caused by mother nature (i.e. the drought/soil)....SUN won't budge....in fact, they have had no less than 7 assessors over last 18 months come and inspect the problem....7!!!...they're looking for an answer they'll never get just so they can say they don't have to honor their legal obligations of paying out insurance.

I also worked for SUN for 7 months in their I.T dept back in 2007...after the Promina merger they were spending cash on grand delusions like they had a money tree...top-tier management awarding themselves bonuses while shafting stock holders....hiring a whiz-bang CFO and bringing in costly hired guns, needlessly re-structuring their business lines, re-shuffling departments and implementing the latest buzz-word concepts (agile development anyone!)....at every level they were re-inventing the mouse-trap.....

So what I'm I trying to say here -----> at the core, both ethical and business, SUN is a mess...it is sick, sinking and lost…..
