The anniversary of the tragic plane crash that claimed the lives of the Sundance board is one month away.
I get the feeling that Sundance will be keen to mark that occasion by making some type of major announcement to the market.
What better way to honour the previous board by showing how far the company has come since that dark day on June 19, 2010.
At the time, some believed the company would not survive.
It's not only survived but flourished and I see GC can hardly keep the smile off his face when he remarks on how profitable the company will be with a 27 per cent return.
I don't know about you, but a 10 per cent return on capital is very good to me, 27 per cent is out of this world.
It's just a gut feeling, but I think the board will be very keen to mark June 19 in some significant way.
