'sundance closes on new partner, page-19

Hi All

Speaking to a broker mate yesterday who had just got off the phone with Don Lewis for a half hour hook-up on SDL. His comments were that Don spoke for 20 minutes and didn't mention the finance partners and was very cagey around it. when they pushed him on it all he said was that discussions were continuing.

This is the same broker who told me before Aug 31 that something may be announced on that date and as we all know that did not happen. I posted the info at the time and obviously have been made to look stupid posting rumours, so will stick to the facts.

I would suggest they are going back to get the 500mt of DSO before the potential partners will go ahead given all the financial modelling for the project revolves around this as a given.
