big deal it has a heap of shares on issue the shares are priced relative to the amount of shares on issue and relative to the value of the company so as the compoany moves up in value so will the shares on issue.

Look at murchison the are at over a billion market cap on anticipation of 12mtpa of magnetite but yes they are two or so years ahead of sdl.
Sdl is targeting production 35mtpa haematite initially and will most likely increase that amount after a few years of production like fmg as they have similar resources to fmg, about a billion tonnes with possibilities of increases.
