I would hazard a guess, and presume SDL are running out of money, and are willing to accept some low-ball settlement offer so note holders can recover some of their "investment".

As we know, there have been no updates regarding SDL taking further action against ANS since the $595k was awarded (and subsequently paid) to ANS for discovery costs.
One might assume if there was a smoking gun, it would have been presented long ago.

Waiting to see if there will be settlement with Cameroon....

One less hurdle to full-steam ahead.
