I am not a gate crasher , but your post have somethings not right , and will be good if you are aware of .

FMG move to $13 about 12 months after dilution 10/1 .

Before dilution was near the $ 60 mark with 250mil shares issued.

FMG had 2.5 bil . shares after dilution .

Dilution took place exactly this time 2007 ,and completed in January 2008 .

I know this very well because had shares .
