    I have been trying to get information on how the OTC shares traded in the US will treated in the overall process. It appears that there will be an AU listing of SEA, the OTC US listing of SDCJF and now a new US listing on the NASDAQ. Been at this for a while & would like the short version of how this will play out. Thanks in advance. From the edge of the Bakken in Minot, ND
