Your post made me re-read the WASC 108 document.
I think point 46 is the centre of it.
SDL signed over the IP with the transition agreement.
We have read in the last few days in African media that the Cameroonian government "hired" ANS directly.
We also know that the Cameroonian PM visited China after the transition agreement to seek out potential investors & contractors.
What the government did with theirIP is their business.
It did seem odd at the time that ANS/Bestway Consortium was only involved with rail and port, and none of the potential mines in the Mbalam/Nabeba region.
Smart move, however!
It removes ANS from any litigation involving both Cameroon and Congolese governments.
That fight is strictly between SDL and the respective governments.
I'm optimistic whilst mining permits are being battled and dragged out in international courts, port & rail is moving forward in the background.
(Let's not forget, those two signed contracts were conditional on funding.)
Company updates regarding funding and re-listing would be most welcome.
