    Not a tragedy for Giulio and his mates. Anyone with experience in Africa or who had studied the history of projects like Simandou or BHPs Nimba would know that dealing with one african government is a misfortune, dealing with two is a disaster This project was never going to happen. However the chinese may make it work They got bauxite projects up in Guinea when no one else could manage it
