I think SDL shareholders should take their Board of Directors to court for misleading, incompetence and lack of skills - 10 years worth. Amazingly The Chairman did just that and now is the number 1 shareholder.
How is it that they ask for $8.7 BILLION in compensation, when they tried and failed to sell over 50% of the company for just $29m.
The funny thing is SDL holds 107m shares in ANS, that is where they will make some money back. Noteholders should be going after those 107m ANS shares.
