Good points being raised here but -
*China is now in the spotlight for dozens of global issues and they dont care! quiet the opposite, they are aggressively denying any wrong, like a naughty school yard bully.
*Africa and its business acronym has been identified as problematic, penalties have recently been issued to those responsible and if they ever want to trade internationally then they will have to act 'internationally', lets hope they care.
*China have the power and the people to build this infrastructure quickly and efficiently albeit carelessly and without human safety in mind, but it will work and serve its purpose even if not meeting any standards, they dont care!
*Australia's big miners are acting like they dont care (based on their silence) and should be sourcing alternate markets for their products before it all turns to you know what.
