    I disagree. Even if HL and Sundance cant reach an agreement AND the reason for not reaching an agreement is that 40 cents is too low I think the market will take comfort in the fact that sundance is worth 'more than 40 cents'. I doubt SDL will hit 20 cents even if the HL offer falls through.
