    It seems with Hanlong leaking a reduced 40 cent offer price has worked in manipulating people's minds. Most now are willing to accept a 50 cent floor price in fear that the offer could have been as low as 40 (well not really but you know what I mean).

    How about setting the floor at 57 cents. The figure in the document you originally agreed to!
