You're a bit behind the times?

Sundance originally announced Pre-discovery action on 11 October 2021.
It then took 5 months to reach the decision and publish the findings - the document you refer to.

This was discussed April, of last year.
That decision simply gave the go-ahead for SDL to commence pre-discovery action, as posted here:

Since then ANS appealed the decision.

    ANS then withdrew the appeal.

    Discovery continued, as posted here:

Almost one year after the findings you refer to, we were back in Court before Justice Tottle on 22 March 2023, as posted here:

One week later, we were back in court before Justice Tottle again, as posted here:

September last year, we were back in Court for directions, as posted here:

(A directions hearing is a short hearing where a tribunal member will discuss with the parties how a matter can progress as quickly as possible to be resolved.)

And since then, you can refer to the first post in this topic.

In amongst the media reports out of Africa in recent months, it was stated that the dispute between ANS and SDL was sorted out.
You will have to search and dig this out yourself.

I would expect a company announcement next week +/- regarding the recent "Taxation of Costs" hearing, once settlement has been made/received.
It then usually takes several days for the Lawyers to check and sign off any announcement before releasing.

It takes the Courts considerably longer to publish findings.
