It makes for very interesting reading and makes available the Affidavits from all parties.
You would expect Justice Tottle to rule that ANS pay the larger part of the costs.
We are yet to proceed to the next round of court action. Interesting to see if SDL proceed or if its settled before it gets to court.
My view based on what we know to be factual, is ANS will throw SDL a carrot to walk away. How big a carrot is the 64,0000 dollar question.
