Sundance used to occupy a complete floor at St Martins Tower they now occupy a third of a floor at the AMP building.
From what I can glean they only ever had like 4 parking bays and certainly none of the day to day staff get parking.

Office prices in Perth have been excessive and now that the preasure has eased a bit I'm sure you will find that this was a cost saving move.

Being in the burbs is not all its cracked up to be unless there is decent transport etc and I'm sure you would find that most of Dons time would be wasted travelling in and out of the city for meetings.
