    it was a transfer from one holder to another. SDL did not dictate the price, and moreso it was in form a distressed sale. Previous holder is liquidating ALLLLLLL assets.

    using 7x as an example:

    do you think they could have bought on market and pushed the share price up 7x..... probably not.. a $7 bill market cap entity with no production for years.
