    lol very good, trouble here is that most businesses eg McDonalds etc are under EBA's so no penalty rates in any event.

    Apparently some 150 EBA's coveroing these types of employees without penalty rates.

    Now lets guess which bodies actually assisted in those negotiations and sold out the workers
