I'd take a 50% penalty cut if I wasn't worked off my feet and totally exhausted by the end of the shift, simply because not enough staff is being employed to meet demand. Workers who are not stressed and happy would likely enjoy their jobs, even on Sundays with lower wages, if more staff was available. I've eaten in restaurant at Sunday lunchtime and been offered pumpkin, fetta, and basil salad which has been inedible. The staff couldn't work out how long it took to cook the pumpkin so it was rock solid raw!!
That is just one example. The food is often much poorer on Sundays.
