That horizontal support looks to be under pressure and would probably be better brokn then a nice sharp run up to 12 is possible.
Personally i would favour the stochastic's to have one more little hiccup and then away you go

Weekly looks in favour of the weaknes to lower blue line and Monthly is beyond oversold

What happening with the company how is all the plans overseas going ??
