I'm not sure you fully understand why class actions occur.
They have nothing to do with impairment charges or costs on a particular contract being higher than the contractor had planned or management running a project badly.
What they are about is when a company fails to disclose the fact that something has happened in the company that materially will affect the companies results.
If you believe that the company knew that there were problems with the rail contract on the 20th August 2012 and clearly did not disclose this (re the 20% profit upgrade) then there will be a case.
