i am a little unsure in this area, but i thought for a takeover they needed 95% of shareholders to agree,i do not know if they could manage that number as a lot of shareholders have hung on to their shares and then there is the BNB stake,also this would be seen as VERY opportunistic and if they are rushing to buy at 30c,then a lot of people would think it is worth a lot more.
I doubt management would recommend this price ,and if they did ,then i would leap at it, as their recommendation would tell me something is VERY wrong.
