The reason one would vote for the takeover is to save one's arse from BLR going into bankruptcy.

We were lied to from BLR's chair and director's. Fobbed off when questions were asked.
Glorified announcements made that were just that.
Three employees. As i mentioned back then, " who makes the "tea"?

We all knew BLR was in trouble. The last thing we needed was you rubbing our faces in it.
But you persisted with the truth (which we knew). And you were right. Thank you for that.
You took a lot of flack, but you stood your ground, never putting in the boot.
