    I would see it at $3 by year end, the scoping study will be out by early FY14 IMO and then funding would follow immediately.

    OPEX and CAPEX prices will be much lower now that the boom is off the boil. Contractors will undercut each other to get break even contracts.

    AUD will drop and the sales of concentrate will be in USD so it's win win.
