    Yes one way to look at it
    But time is precious and IPO needs to be done soon
    Plenty investor seating idle and waiting to put their money in projects with MERITS
    If this project has merits investors will run to get on board....imo
    Money always moves from say tech stocks to commodities stocks....ect ect
    Funding needs to be done by DING urgently....imo Then we can move forward
