It's been three weeks since the date of a potential further hearing, and there hasn't been any noise whatsoever about this since.

Either the wheels are slow in motion to publish a decision about this,

...or the confidentiality regime was agreed upon and documents are in the process of being handed over.




It wouldn't be a surprise if the documents are handed over as soon as the funding arrangements have the i's dotted and t's crossed.
