Sunday pre-action discovery application and appeal discontinuance, page-14

Sorry but I can't see reason for celebration over this update.
31st March - court hands down decision requiring disclosure without judgement on whether there is a legitimate case to answer
9th May - our legal advisers say decision is rubbish and we are going to appeal
23rd June - our legal advisers say they were wrong and original decision was in fact valid (all be it pie in the sky) and we need to withdraw appeal.
As I see it we are back exactly where we were on 31st March (minus legal fees for appeal). Small thorn in the side still there. Wasted 3 months.
