Sorry Still not convinced.
Announcement says in part
"The company has now discontinued the appeal against the pre-action discovery orders."
Unless I am missing something this means that the previously issued orders still apply and discovery must be complied with. Whether or not there is a case to answer is irrelevant. We are in exactly the same position as when the orders were issued,so wasted 3 months.
