Technically, you are probably correct but that's a simplistic conclusion and you make the unreasonable assumption that Ding hasn't spent the last 3 months working diligently with Bestway, the African governments and our Chinese partners to expedite the remaining steps that are the prerequsites to laying the project foundation stone and prepare for the relisting.

Honestly, I doubt our China partners and the Africans give a damn about this discovery shenanigan in WA with their collective focus to get this Mega project with enormous economic benefits to the region up and running ASAP.
