You have to understand that a pre-discovery hearing is not a case against ANS or Ding. A 'case': short for a cause of action, lawsuit or the right to sue. A case or action or lawsuit forms sufficient grounds for brining an action. SDL do not have a 'case' or they would sue.
Pre discovery is basically asking for information and a judge only needs to find there 'may' be cause, no that there is cause. Now ANS are at the point of turning over the requested documents. We are still not at a point where they have a 'case'. IMO there is no case here. And looking at SDL and their track recored IMO we do not have anything to worry about.
These ANN's are just to appease SH. We await an update about: funding, build dates, tenements and the listing.
