Sunday pre-action discovery application and appeal discontinuance, page-19

I couldn't agree more with what is most critical (Finance & relisting), and I am sure this is progressing.
What I am saying is that with respect to this legal case we are no further advanced than we were 3 months ago. Earlier comments today from others were espousing that this was a good announcement and the matter was now ended. That is not so.
We still have to provide the documents. If we had done it 3 months ago I believe we would be hearing about now that SDL had decided to drop their lawsuit. Now it will be some time in the future. I don't doubt that it will come to nothing but the sooner this possible threat is put to bed the better, so that we can concentrate on more pressing issues.
