Flummoxed, I think Ding will stitch up the infrastructure funding and then travel to Africa to lay the project foundation stone.
This is precising the reason I believe he dropped the appeal against the court discovery farce in order to focus on serious business matter.
Reading this Bloomberg article (link below) makes you wonder how privileged ANS is given China is now on a mission and on the double.
Don't be surprised if ANS makes the funding announcement and local steel manufacturing plan by say August / September. Patience !
