Hi DVEous If the decision to withdraw the appeal against the disclosure ruling was based purely on commercial considerations then your ideas have some merit, however if the decision was based on the fact that they realized they had no hope of winning the appeal that is a different matter. Either way 3 months to make that decision seems an inordinate amount of time for something of such little comparative importance. I am a true believer in the final project outcome and don't believe any SDL action will proceed, but when we have had no news other than reference to this action what else can we talk about. I would love to be discussing timing or location of relisting or finance progress but there has been no information worthy of comment. I thought SDL were a joke in Africa with their progress but Oakagee port has been a side splitting laugh since first announced that construction would commence in 2011. Geraldton Port Authority have no plans for any changes until circa 2035. Maybe Twiggy can fast track things but probably not in my lifetime. Keep the faith in the immediate prize!!!
