Very very bullish indeed. And your time frame is very reasonable (Aug/Sept). Many local African news articles alluded to the laying of the first stone in Q1 but this was always unachievable. We need the funding to be finalised before any construction commences. I have a sneaking suspicion funding is now secure and I suspect this will enable ANS to IPO on the HKSE (utilising KPMG for a valuation). This is all speculation but this silence is somewhat comforting as Ding has never been one to announce anything before it has been finalised.

The ANN dated 4th March 2022 - 'Market Update - Execution of Infrastructure Contracts' gives a vital date away. The loans are repayable on the 18th Jan 2023. I believe construction can start Q4 2022 or Q1 2023 and ties in nicely with Ding converting the $2.2 million into shares on the 18th Jan 2023.

IMO we should get an update in the coming weeks re: funding. And then as you said, Ding and Co will be off to Africa!

Once funding is locked we are one step closer to unlocking the region!
