Hi MWR8, I prefer to think of this bullish sentiment as confident optimism reflecting real world realities. While the ANS forum is deserted, many have posted elsewhere on HC about China pulling out all the stops to wrestle the iron ore price volatility and hell bent to safeguard future iron ore supply.
Hence, the ANS Bestway MoU signed last year now sets us up beautifully for the infrastructure funding leading to what I think will be the local steel plants, MLs and giant offtake agreements.
Ding and Alexandre have no doubt been nutting these matters out with the project backers and partners in China for many weeks. Must be a logistical nightmare just to plan the materials and equipment to ship from China to Cameroon for the Sangha Mbalam Kribi rail construction alone.
I think the project foundation stone laying ceremony in late Q3 will signal project commencement straight away.
The big question is timing of the IPO amd Re-listing. I think that could be pushed out as far as October to take advantage of the big fanfare and publicity in Africa. ANS will bask in glory as project kick-off will be front-page bold-type news globally.
Go ANS. Go Go Go !
